OUR HIRING PROCESS:

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer, who is able to create scalable and consistent design systems in Figma.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain design systems in Figma for internal and client projects
  • Create reusable components such as buttons, inputs, grids, and cards, ensuring scalability and consistency
  • Define color palettes, typography styles, and interaction states with clear documentation
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
  • Stay updated with design system trends and incorporate best practices into workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Figma, including components, libraries, and prototyping
  • Experience creating and documenting scalable design systems
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to explain design decisions
  • Portfolio showcasing design systems or related UX/UI work.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like Storybook or Zeplin for handoff to developers
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with the development team
