We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team in Singapore as the Director of Cyber Service Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our organization's efforts to maintain the highest standards of cybersecurity and service delivery, ensuring the protection of our critical assets and the satisfaction of our clients.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the organization's resilience against cyber threats.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, recommending and implementing appropriate security controls and countermeasures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and emerging trends.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and regulatory bodies, staying abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity and service excellence.
  
  

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management, with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful cybersecurity programs.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze and address complex cybersecurity challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and emerging trends in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with cloud security and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Project management and process improvement skills are highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are advantageous.
• Domain expertise in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
• Knowledge of local cybersecurity regulations and data protection laws in Singapore is beneficial.
