We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring successful outcomes through strategic leadership and effective collaboration.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and presenting project status reports
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

• Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.) is preferred
• Industry-specific domain expertise is a plus
