Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and wireless devices to support organizational needs.
• Implement and manage firewall technologies to safeguard network security.
• Administer Active Directory, including user management and permissions.
• Oversee LAN operations and troubleshoot connectivity issues as they arise.
• Manage cloud-based systems and technologies to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular network assessments and address any vulnerabilities or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their technology requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding network-related issues.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Proven experience with Cisco networking equipment, including routers and switches.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and network security protocols.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and user management.
• Hands-on experience with LAN setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and technologies.
• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and manage a hybrid network setup.
