We have an urgent requirement for Senior Consultant / Manager – Banking + Technology strategy & execution + PMO is required for the financial consulting company in Cairo, Egypt

Strong experience Banking Domain + Large-Scale Transformation is THE MUST

Strong experience on Technology Transformation & Digital / IT Strategy is THE MUST

Strong experience on PMO / Program Governance for Complex Programs is THE MUST

Experience on Banking + Technology + PMO in the same role, not separate stints is MUST

The role is part of the Delivery Team, working on high-impact client engagements spanning Strategy Formulation, Business Transformation, Balanced Scorecard Development, and Process, Organizational, and Technology Transformation initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to strategy and technology transformation programs, including Digital & IT Strategy formulation, supplier selection, and implementation programs, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end consulting projects across strategy, technology transformation, and PMO-led programs
• Conduct structured research and analytics using internal and external information sources
• Develop interim and final client deliverables, including reports and executive presentations
• Actively engage with CXO and senior client stakeholders, facilitating discussions and driving outcomes
• Identify key business and technology issues, develop actionable solutions, and present recommendations
• Support and drive program governance, tracking, and reporting as part of PMO responsibilities
• Contribute to initiatives involving Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, vendor evaluation, and implementation oversight
• Leverage PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management tools for analysis and delivery
• Participate in international travel as required for client engagements
  
  

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• 6–10 years of relevant experience with mandatory exposure to:
• Banking / Financial Services
• Technology Transformation / IT Programs
• PMO / Program Management Office roles
• Strong experience in strategy execution, large transformation programs, or consulting-led engagements
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
