- Coordinate with seamex for data flows and related transaction
- Coordinate with stakeholders for necessary no dues settlement, updation in Poornata
- Coordinate with the time office for employee related loan approvals
- Performance Appraisal
- Assist manager in completion of PMS, Goal Setting, MYR as per the timeline
- Assist Manager in conducting PMS and Goal Setting related audits
- Prepare details and work with manager in PIP
- Rewards
- Timely preparation of rewards & recognition MIS
- Prepare monthly compensation details
- Coordinate with the TA team on compensation update of the new joiners
