JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being part of a cross-functional team as an M-Shaped Professional who can bring together several technical capabilities and industry know-how
• Participating Business Analysis activities to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participating Testing activities to evaluate software applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and deliver a seamless user experience
• Participating Data Analysis activities to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that will support business strategy and operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Test Specialist, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
• Previous experience in the Telco, Insurance, Banking or Airline industries is a plus
• Being familiar with business terminology, regulations and standards being imposed on the industries
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
• Familiar with project management aspects and methodologies
• Professionally experienced in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and Release Management methodologies
• Experience with test management tools and automated testing tools
• Experience with continuous integration and testing (CI/CD) pipelines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of the English language.
