We are looking for a Program Manager to own and orchestrate initiatives related to sellers' journey with Invoicer in FBA. The successful candidate will have a very experience-oriented approach to solve sellers' on-boarding issues and a strong attention to detail, great communication and writing skills in English and Portuguese and will be comfortable working multiple sources of information and business areas.
Key job responsibilities
The FBA Invoicer PM will support business growth with a focus on improving seller's journey to onboard in FBA. You will need to create mechanisms to map sellers' pain points and address them via short and long-term solutions with the proper teams. You will own seller support content and should provide 2nd level support for complex cases, managing cases that Seller Support and NAMs could not solve by diving deep and escalating the problem to the correct teams when necessary. To support your solutions and decisions, you will need to work with the correct data, reports and KPIs, extracting and handling data using SQL tools.
A day in the life
On a day-to-day basis, the Invoicer PM will monitor key indicators related to Invoicer seller funnel (often created by the Invoicer PM), and look for ways to streamline launches in FBA: they will unblock seller launches in FBA by providing assistance to account managers/seller support teams; support product managers with insights of major seller pain points during FBA onboarding and create programmatic mechanisms/new metrics to improve and monitor Invoicer's SX.

FBA Invoicer team owns the sellers' journey with Invoicer in FBA and our goals are to facilitate sellers onboarding in Invoicer FBA and support their operations with Invoicer. We work in a great partnership with Product team to design innovations that will drive sellers' growth and improve their experience with FBA.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
