We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive product growth in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Gather and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
- Measure product performance using KPIs and iterate based on results
- Communicate product progress and strategy to stakeholders and leadership
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience owning complex products
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital or software products
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working closely with engineering and UX teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and experimentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
- Fully remote role within Australia
