We are looking for a IT INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST (process lead) to join our IT team in Tallinn
The purpose of this role is to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and security environment across on-premises and cloud platforms. Ensure system reliability, performance, and strong cybersecurity while balancing operational tasks with strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement IT infrastructure across local and cloud environments. Ensure high availability, scalability, and IT security of systems and services.
- Oversee network architecture and connectivity with internal and external partners.
- Secure cybersecurity measures including patching, backups, access control, and network security.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.
- Support risk assessments, incident response, and ongoing security improvements.
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
- The role involves close collaboration with regional and global IT teams to harmonize solutions and ensure a unified technical environment across multiple countries. It also requires strong cooperation with other business functions to align technical capabilities with operational needs and strategic goals.
This position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, project and process management capabilities, and a proactive approach to safeguarding the organization’s IT environment.
- Education in IT is preferred
- Experience in IT infrastructure and networking
- Good understanding of information security
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Estonian and with good verbal and written English skills, is required in daily work
- A valid driver’s license (car)
- business travel may occur, mostly local within Estonia
- Cloud environment - Hybrid AD, Azure
- Collaboration - MS Teams, Office 365
- Virtualization - VMware
- Remote access solutions - Citrix, VNC, TeamViewer, MS RDP
- Firewall - Cisco Management
