Enable the Missions LoB to scale with confidence by delivering forward-looking financial insight, structuring complex international contracts, and providing the commercial and operational foundations required to support ICEYE's most ambitious global growth plans.
The Senior Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in Missions by partnering directly with sales, product, and delivery teams to enable high-quality commercial and operational decisions. The role spans three core areas: supporting and shaping complex cross-border contracts, delivering accurate performance management and forecasting, and ensuring the financial integrity of multi-year ISR programmes from inception through execution.
Success in this position hinges on exceptional stakeholder management. The Missions LoB operates at a blistering pace, and the Finance Business Partner must build trust quickly, influence senior stakeholders, and provide clear, timely insight. The ideal candidate is dynamic and intellectually curious—able to connect strategic context with detailed analysis, anticipate issues before they arise, and help the business scale effectively and responsibly.
