Junior Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Testing: Responsible for the testing of multiple business projects within the company to ensure product quality and continuously improve testing efficiency.
• Automation: Design and build automation testing frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Engineering Practices: Apply cutting-edge engineering practices from the industry to improve the productivity and efficiency of R&D and engineering teams.
• Quality Improvement: Assist the development team in identifying issues related to coding standards, design principles, and architecture, to enhance overall product quality.
• System Optimization: From a product perspective, optimize internal systems in terms of functionality, performance, user experience, and interaction design.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields, with a solid foundation in computer and software technologies.
• Testing Experience: 2+ years of software testing experience, familiar with R&D and testing processes, possessing strong testing expertise and skills. Proficient in using testing tools to deeply explore product defects and ensure product quality.
• Testing Skills: In-depth research and practical experience in at least one or more areas such as automation testing, performance testing, or static code analysis.
• Development-Related Experience: Preferred experience in continuous integration, development tools, framework design, or distributed systems.
• Programming Skills: Familiarity with at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, Node.js) is required. Candidates with hands-on programming skills are preferred.
• Project Management & DevOps: Candidates with experience in project management, configuration management, CI/CD, or DevOps practices and implementation are highly preferred.
• Personal Qualities: Passionate about testing technologies, with excellent problem discovery and resolution skills. Highly proactive, capable of continuous learning and improving professional skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are preferred.
• Language: Native Arabic speakers preferred.
