Responsibilities
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Developers, QA, Data Engineers, DevOps, Product Owners, System Analysts etc).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates through a variety of sourcing methods.
- Active source of candidates through the platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure an efficient, transparent process.
- Utilize recruiting analytics and metrics to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house preferably).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology and local markets.
- Proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English and other languages (as a plus).
Salary range for this position is 2,500-3,000 EUR gross, depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
