Role Overview

dtcpay Luxembourg S.A. is seeking an experienced IT Technical Operations Engineer / Officer to support and continuously enhance internal IT operations.


Job Scope

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, applications, and IT operational matters for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, primarily on iOS and macOS environments
  • Support and administer identity and access management using Okta, including user provisioning, access requests, and SSO troubleshooting
  • Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM), including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, security policy enforcement, and remote support
  • Support email systems and other collaboration tools
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues, including network, VPN, and printer-related matters
  • Track, review, and report on KPIs and SLAs related to IT services delivered by group entities and third-party service providers
  • Ensure end-user devices comply with IT security requirements, including patch management, antivirus protection, and access controls
  • Contribute to the validation and testing of technology systems that support critical and important business functions
  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory-related documentation under DORA and PSD2/PSD3 frameworks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT asset inventories
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or external vendors as appropriate
  • Manage hardware procurement and oversee IT asset lifecycle management


Your Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, desktop support, or end-user computing roles
  • Prior experience working within a CSSF-regulated environment, with practical exposure to ICT operations and regulatory expectations
  • Interest in or initial experience with Okta and MDM solutions (e.g. Intune, Jamf)
  • Basic working knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and endpoint security tools
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts; experience with Okta or Active Directory is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a service-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to support ad-hoc priorities and deadlines
  • An advantage if you have prior exposure to crypto-related environments or a genuine interest in stablecoins and blockchain technologies
