We’re Hiring: Scrum Master (2–5 Years Experience and candidates must be based in Portugal)

Are you passionate about Agile ways of working and driven by helping teams reach their full potential? We’re looking for a Scrum Master who lives and breathes Agile principles and thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

In this role, you will support and guide one or more teams across a variety of impactful projects from large scale application development and systems integration to operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades.

What You’ll Do

As a Scrum Master, you will be a Leader and a catalyst for continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching teams to ensure Scrum and other Agile methods are fully understood and effectively applied
• Organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile workshops
• Supporting team members to maximize value delivery aligned with organizational goals and strategy
• Acting as a change agent and contributing actively to our Agile Transformation
• Helping teams develop meaningful metrics, improve estimation, and enhance predictability
• Promoting transparency by identifying and raising risks at the right time.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in the IT sector
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I / PSM II / CSM)
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working in hybrid environments and managing backlogs
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAFe.
