Responsibilities:
Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
- Develop and implement the digital security strategy, aligning with business objectives
- Lead a team of digital security experts in scope of IT, OT and Product Security
- Manage 3rd Party Relationships with vendors, and service providers
- Manage digital security products, operations and services including SOC&CERT
- Monitor and respond to emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement and enforce security policies and standards
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development practices
- Manage security incidents and breaches
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- Strong knowledge of digital security technologies (e.g., IAM, DLP,
- SIEM)
- Experience with cloud security and DevOps
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Readiness for global travel
