About the job
Our partner is revolutionizing the Web3 infrastructure landscape. They help builders discover and deploy infrastructure modules for their projects, incentivizing independent service operators to maintain these modules through a Proof of Performance mechanism. Their innovative approach is reshaping how developers interact with and utilize blockchain infrastructure.
As a DevRel (Developer Relations), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing their developer ecosystem. You'll drive developer advocacy, support product development with community feedback, and be instrumental in the adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead developer community engagement efforts to grow adoption of the protocol
- Act as a public face and 'key opinion leader' for project's developer engagement
- Create and manage developer outreach programs, including hackathons
- Lead partner onboarding and manage key communication channels
- Create technical content and tutorials to support developer education
- Support technical documentation development
- Create feedback loops with product and engineering teams to improve the roadmap
- Engage with partners to identify unmet needs for future R&D efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or similar roles in tech
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially modular services technologies
- A strong public presence and community following
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage direct reports and support career development
- Experience in organizing and participating in tech events and community initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Deep passion for blockchain technology and its potential applications
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
