About the role

As a Software Architect, you will be a key member of the senior architecture team, defining long-term strategies for embedded software platforms and leading platform design and integration for AUTOSAR, Linux, and QNX-based environments.

Your work will shape the foundation of next-generation electronic architectures, ensuring scalability, safety, and reliability across multiple vehicle systems.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Contribute as part of the senior architecture team in defining long-term design strategies for embedded software platforms.
• Lead software platform development based on AUTOSAR and/or Linux, and integrate these platforms on HPC systems supporting multiple operating systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical architectures.
• Lead the integration of Board Support Packages (BSPs) and configuration of hypervisors and guest operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine software platform design and development processes.

Who you are

We are looking for a software architect passionate about building scalable and safe automotive software platforms. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, enjoy working cross-functionally, and thrive in an innovative, collaborative environment.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect in automotive software development.
• 5+ years of experience in AUTOSAR (Classic domain) and solid expertise in Linux.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Embedded C.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (spoken and written).
