Accountabilities
- Establish a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with strategic goals
- Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and understand national and regional priorities
- Support delivery teams by providing vision and features necessary for effective execution
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the Client Portal space
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products for client engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
