About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. We need someone who is proactive and driven, and who wants to be a key player in leading the design process from start to finish. You will collaborate directly with our clients, development teams, and fellow designers to create compelling user experiences that are both visually stunning and highly functional. If you are a self-starter who excels at problem-solving, is ready to advocate for the user, and wants to make a real impact on global healthcare, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

Drive the design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to final implementation and polished visual output.

Design and iterate on web and mobile applications, including custom iconography and illustrations.
Actively participate in user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews, contributing insights to inform design decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Clearly and persuasively communicate your design vision and concepts to clients, senior executives, and development teams.
Champion user-centered design principles and act as an advocate for our users throughout the product development process.
Actively contribute to a cohesive design system and maintain visual consistency across all products.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-fidelity UI designs with strong visual appeal.
Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of how to use tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance your work.
Proven Experience using AI tools for tasks such as ideation, image generation, and workflow automation.
Proven experience in designing for a variety of platforms and form factors (Web, iOS, Android, Tablet, and desktop).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
A passion for digital health and technology.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
Demonstrating an analytical mind & problem-solving attitude
Ability to follow various project-based processes
