Responsibilities
- Design and implement new network solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network problems promptly to minimize downtime for users.
- Collaborate with network architects to enhance network infrastructure design.
- Configure and install network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Conduct network test and evaluation to ensure robustness and security.
- Maintain network security through regular system checks and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, changes, and updates for reference and compliance.
- Assist in the training of staff on network-related issues and protocols.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing network services and systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in IT operations.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware capabilities.
- Familiarity with communication protocols and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and effective communication.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools is essential.
- Professional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly desirable.
