About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to join the TiDB PM team and help accelerate our product execution. This role will drive the operational backbone for a globally distributed team, enabling product managers to deliver high-impact features with greater speed, alignment, and clarity.

You’ll partner closely with PMs, engineering, and go-to-market teams to streamline processes, scale feedback loops, and ensure delivery excellence across our cloud-first and customer-obsessed roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Product Planning: Own and drive quarterly product planning, roadmap rollups, and OKR alignment across product teams. Maintain centralized, up-to-date roadmap views.
• Launch Readiness: Orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness across PM, Marketing, Support, and Field teams.
• Insight & Feedback: Systematize the collection and synthesis of field feedback (from SEs, CSMs, and Support) into actionable insights.
• Tooling & Process: Administer and optimize PM tooling (Jira, Confluence, Productboard/Airtable). Document and scale best practices and onboarding guides.
• Metrics: Define and track operational SPIs such as POV conversion rate, feature adoption velocity, and execution health.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in Product Operations or Program Management in a software/SaaS company.
• Systems Thinker: Has designed and scaled product planning frameworks in fast-moving environments.
• Global DNA: Experience facilitating effective collaboration across time zones (specifically US & APAC) and cultures.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to define, track, and communicate metrics for product delivery and operational efficiency.
• Tooling Pro: Experience administering tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
