JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for fulfilling graphic design requirements that align with the business goals of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate concepts and sample layouts, overseeing their execution to ensure alignment with the promotions' marketing calendar.
• Remain updated with the latest graphic design software and techniques, providing recommendations based on current advancements in the field.
• Apply original and creative thinking to lead and develop graphic concepts and new ideas in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all printed media and store materials meet high standards of graphics and design, aligning with the Brand Owner's guidelines.
• Create unified internal and external advertising packages.
• Analyze market trends and consumer needs, incorporating them into the concept development process.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Specific Skills

• Proficiency in graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Animation, and others.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, or Graphic Design, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• Four to six years of experience in a similar role.
