Lead Business Analyst

N-iX is looking for a skillful Lead Business Analyst to join our team.

As a Senior/LeadBusiness Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, developing a work stream, and collaborating with many business stakeholders across the customer organization. You will be responsible for the stream product vision, roadmap, and business requirements, and leading a team of business analysts who are working with the technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including SMEs, customer products, and executives.
• Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer's overall objectives.
• Track and report on delivery progress according to the roadmap, and adjust the roadmap in case of priority changes or dependencies revealed.
• Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them.
• Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Communicate with other streams to reveal cross dependencies between streams that affect the roadmap.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, training, and release.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, or Lead business analysis, preferably with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
• Experience conducting and managing user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story.
• Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.
• Creating product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Leading the product or business analyst team.
• Advanced English language level.
• Advanced Ukrainian language level.
