Location: Bangalore

Notice Period-30 Days
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting and customer support in secured networking environments
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Relevant experience and solid expertise in
- Networking and routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, SD-WAN)
- Cisco Catalyst Center
- Cisco LAN switches (Access + Core)
- Cisco Wireless controllers
- Cisco Access Points
- Cisco ASA
- Cisco ISE
- Good to have experience in
- Fortigate Firewall
- Fortianalyzer
- Fortimanager
- CCNP/CCIE certification required
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts (including night shift)
- Should be ready to work from Bangalore location
