What You Will Be Doing
- Construct and deploy working AI prototypes in fewer than 24 hours that instantly automate genuine business processes
- Manage AI implementations from conception through production monitoring, operating autonomously without dependencies or delays
- Advance continuous automation across the organization by surfacing fresh opportunities and refining existing implementations to align with shifting demands and emerging capabilities
- Architect a fundamentally redesigned, AI-driven environment that converts manual marketing functions and community platforms into intelligent systems generating 10x business value
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually and then apply AI tools for validation or refinement, rather than leading with AI, then this role is not for you)
- A minimum of 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience (expertise in both front-end and back-end development is mandatory)
- Proven experience embedding AI/LLMs (through APIs, prompt engineering, or automation workflows) into production applications
- Competence with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and constructing scalable, distributed architectures
- Knowledge of how to select appropriate LLM models for varying use cases
- Confirmed understanding and previous implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
