Head of Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to develop and execute our IT strategy, enhancing our technology infrastructure and driving digital transformation across the organization. As the Head of IT you will develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with our business goals, enhancing technology infrastructure, operations, data quality, and security. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives and implement systems and networks that support the overall objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Leadership:

• Lead IT teams across development, infrastructure, and security, managing projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

• Evaluate and implement new technologies, applications, and tools to enhance business operations.

Data Privacy and Cybersecurity:

• Ensure data privacy and cybersecurity measures are robust and compliant with regulations.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize technology usage and manage costs (OPEX and CAPEX).

Digital Transformation:

• Drive holistic digital transformation initiatives as part of technology implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

IT Support Operations:

• Ensure IT support operations run at optimal performance to prevent disruptions to business operations.

Enterprise Architecture:

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture to ensure a cohesive and scalable IT environment.

AI Adoption:

• Identify and drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize operations across the business.

Talent Management:

• Recruit, train, and retain IT professionals to build a high-performing IT team.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Build and implement live dashboards with accurate data to enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of IT or in a similar leadership role within a multifunctional organization.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experienced in digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
