We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates starting their software development career who enjoy learning, writing clean code, and contributing to real-world projects in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web or software applications
• Write clean, well-structured, and documented code
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers
• Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to problem-solving
• Support the implementation of features across frontend and/or backend systems
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation and coding standards
• Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams on project tasks

• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar
• Understanding of basic software development principles
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) or backend (APIs, databases) development
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
