About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimising digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team spanning development, CRO, UX, and performance marketing, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality web solutions that ensure best practice coding, scalability, and performance.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web solutions across Cheil’s client portfolio.
• Work across CMS-driven and custom applications (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Shopify Plus or similar).
• Implement new features, integrations, and enhancements aligned with CRO and UX objectives.
• Optimise site performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Technical Collaboration
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, CRO strategists, data analysts, and QA teams.
• Translate design wireframes and user stories into clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Support technical scoping, feasibility assessments, and estimation for upcoming initiatives.
• Quality & Governance
• Conduct peer reviews and maintain version control best practices (Git).
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, deployment protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across environments.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay across emerging web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow automation, component libraries, and QA processes.
• Support proof-of-concept builds for new eCommerce and CX initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a full stack developer within a digital agency or in-house digital team.
• Proficiency in:
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Back-end: Node.js, PHP, or similar
• CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or Shopify
• Version control: Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with agile workflows (JIRA, Confluence) and Figma.

Desirable:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or GA4.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS, Vercel, or similar).
• CRO implementation experience (A/B testing, analytics tagging).
• Exposure to DTC or eCommerce environments.
• Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices.
