About The Role
The Identity and Access Management Support Officer will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the department's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. This role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of IAM services to departmental users, contributing to the security and functionality of the department's digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Responding to ICT support requests to assist with IAM issues within agreed service levels.
- Supporting the delivery and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
- Performing IAM-related tasks, including maintaining records and documentation.
- Investigating and assisting with the resolution of IAM issues in line with established procedures.
- Contributing to quality assurance activities, such as peer reviews and test execution.
About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Experience or interest in IAM support or related ICT fields.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to follow established procedures and document processes clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar platforms, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
