We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Associate to join our dynamic Project Services Hub in Perth. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled specialists, leading some of our most high-profile and complex projects across diverse sectors. This key role offers the opportunity to strengthen and expand our capabilities, while delivering impactful outcomes across a broad portfolio.

As a trusted partner to clients throughout Western Australia, you will work collaboratively to drive project success. You will have the chance to contribute across key sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy, and Water making a meaningful difference in each project you undertake.

What will you do?

  • Join our Project Services Hub based in Perth, managing projects across diverse sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to ensure project success.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating specialists and subconsultants to deliver high-impact results.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

What will you bring?

  • Proven track record delivering large, complex projects, including construction stage experience.
  • A sound understanding of project management principles, controls, and governance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management or related fields.
  • Prior consulting experience within Engineering or Project Management consultancies, Head Contractor, Construction Management or Big 4 environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Membership or certification with professional bodies such as AIPM or Engineers Australia is encouraged.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or resources sectors.

For Defence projects you must be an Australian resident and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). website https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances.
