Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the ANZ Marketing team, focusing on affiliate, referral and growth marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, Binance user, and junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation and management of blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
• Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers and KOLs to build relationships, secure partnerships, and drive new user growth;
• Lead other referral initiatives for current users;
• Assist with community growth;
• Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyse performance metrics;
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
  
  

Requirements:

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus);
• Is a current Binance user (download our app and register an account now, still counts!)
• Basic understanding of Affiliate marketing Basic understanding of BD and sales process;
• Ideas for how to grow the Binance user base with affiliate marketing, referral marketing and other strategies for growth;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is considered as an advantage;
• Based in Australia or New Zealand;
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
