We are looking for a proactive and versatile Enterprise Architect to join our growing team of EA´s.

• enjoy communicating complex business-driven architecture topics in a manner understandable by non-architects,  
• have the ability to plan and lead architecture / operating model initiatives, and

What You’ll Do 

As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll be working with a diverse range of organizations—from some of Finland’s largest enterprises to growing mid-sized companies. Your role will cover both strategic and hands-on responsibilities across two main domains: 

1. Transformation initiatives 

• Lead and support prestudies, strategic roadmaps, and future-state EA planning 
• Provide EA and BPM advisory for transformation programs 
• Utilize modern tools such as SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio and overall integrated tool chains 

2. Organizational EA advisory 

• Design and improve EA operating models 
• Support clients in shaping IT governance and project portfolio management frameworks 
• Guide clients e.g. IT cost optimization, dependency management and transformation planning

 What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in enterprise architecture across application, data, integration, and business domains 
• A mindset to challenge the old ways of working, in a creative and constructive way 
• Ability and willingness to take on project leadership roles 
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and a collaborative attitude 
• Eagerness to learn new tools and to adapt to new contexts 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
