We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Project Manager in FCP

FCP delivers a holistic set of services covering Identity, Fraud Prevention and Anti Money Laundering (AML) to prevent criminal activity in the financial industry and enable customers to comply with regulations, standards and internal risk assessments. The unit consists of 150 employees based mainly in Norway and Sweden and is looking to expand to other European countries.

As a Senior Project Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by defining and implementing project management best practices and methodologies specific to the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile
  • Responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects.
  • Define and implement project management processes, tools, and methodologies tailored for the banking industry to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining project management documentation, including project charters, project plans, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management within the banking sector and apply them to continuously improve our project delivery capabilities.


Your profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in “Norwegian” and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Hands-on experience with project management from IT-development/software-implementation.
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects is a plus
  • Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
  • You are solution oriented, self-driven and take on structured approach.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
