Your Mission
As one of VoiceLine's Machine Learning Engineers, you will spearhead the development of AI applications tailored for field sales operations. Your role involves extracting and translating insights from field sales voice recordings into structured data to inform strategic decision making for sales executives. You will be a crucial part of our journey, directly contributing to the way machine learning reshapes the nature of work, especially in the field sales domain.
Your Profile
Key Qualifications
- Strong Python and machine learning skills
- Golang skills would be nice, but are not necessary
- Proficiency in German is a necessity
- Solid background in Computer Science or the like
- General rough understanding of LLMs and ML in general, its frameworks and foundational models
- Ability to work in a structured manner and effectively communicate
- While amount of work experience is a plus, motivation and problem solving is key
- Develop and own ML solutions for field sales challenges
- Engage with the tech & product team in topics like prompt engineering and statistics
- Ensure low-latency LLM inference for agentic AI
- Apply general ML models and basic statistical approaches in a field sales context
- Work closely with a dynamic team in a VC-financed, rapidly growing company
- Make sense of a lot of data
- A pivotal role in a company at the forefront of voice and AI technology starting in field sales, with many more applications to come
