Job overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and Data Compliance Analyst. This role focuses on client onboarding, combining administrative functions with data entry and compliance management to support operational activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing sensitive client data, ensuring compliance, and performing general administrative tasks efficiently, with proficiency in using tools like HubSpot CRM for data organization and communication.
Key responsibilities:
Data Entry and Analysis:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain sensitive client datasets and records.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports as needed.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client data and track onboarding progress.
Compliance Management:
- Oversee compliance functions related to client onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update compliance-related documentation and ensure secure handling of sensitive client information.
Administrative Support:
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files related to client onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication during the onboarding process.
- Prepare and distribute client-facing reports, presentations, and materials.
Client Onboarding Coordination:
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including verifying documents and setting up systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Provide support for resolving client queries during the onboarding phase.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative roles, or compliance management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM for tracking, communication, and data organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when handling sensitive client data.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
