Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Manage CRM and POS platform development
- Analyze business requirements in cooperation with Product and UX/UI teams
- Run discovery and research to understand needs, pain points for future improvements
- Prepare clear and detailed requirements for design, front-end, and back-end development
- Collaborate with other product teams and IT departments to deliver new solutions
- Work closely with internal teams, partners and platform vendors
- Set task priorities and coordinate execution with IT colleagues
- Make UAT tests and validate implemented design and IT solutions
- Analyze data and make decisions based on insights
- At least 2 years of experience in IT product development or IT project management
- Experience working with complex digital products
- Strong ability to write clear, structured, and detailed development task requirements
- Experience using digital project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience with CRM or POS platforms (considered an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (considered an advantage)
- Background in product management, project management, UX, or IT
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Have freedom to implement best ideas
