IT Infrastructure Expert

We’re looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Expert to join our team and take ownership of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient hybrid cloud infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring platform reliability, identity protection, and operational efficiency across both cloud and on-premises environments.

We will entrust You:

Design and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and identity across cloud and on-prem platforms.
Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, patching, and compliance enforcement.
Implement and maintain identity protection measures such as Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Support and enhance security operations by analyzing security events, contributing to incident response, and continuously maintaining and improving security strength.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Enable DevOps practices by overseeing Git security, replication, and versioning for IaC and development teams.
Optimize infrastructure costs by designing scalable solutions, rightsizing resources, and leveraging cost management tools.
Stay aligned with evolving cloud and infrastructure roadmaps to meet business and regulatory requirements.

If You have:

Proven experience in managing hybrid cloud infrastructure and security services.
Strong understanding of identity and access management across cloud and on-prem environments.
Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Familiarity with security monitoring, compliance frameworks, and incident response processes.
A proactive mindset focused on automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Very good command of Lithuanian and English languages.

Compensation:

Salary 4000 – 5700 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
