Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Application O&M Engineer to manage the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of our application systems. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and close collaboration with development and technical teams to support deployment, upgrades, and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation and maintenance of applications to ensure system stability and reliability
• Monitor and analyze application performance, identifying and resolving system issues proactively
• Support application deployment, upgrades, and version transitions
• Maintain O&M documentation, including system changes and operational manuals
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
• Conduct regular system health checks, identify potential risks, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate closely with development teams to support application development and testing environments

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or overseas equivalent)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application O&M, APP O&M, or system operations
• Hands-on experience with new energy vehicle applications is required
• Strong experience working with iOS and Android operating systems
• Experience in large enterprises or multinational environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with application O&M monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, Shell, etc.)
• Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar systems
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and application operations best practices
• Relevant certifications such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, or equivalent
