🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
💼 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR or a similar role
📜 Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🗂 Exceptional attention to detail, organizational strength, and confidentiality
⏱ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
💡 Creative mindset with initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
🌐 English proficiency at B2 level
🧩 Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital tools
🤝 Collaborative team player with cross-department coordination experience

🚀 Ability to contribute new ideas and recommend improvements across HR processes and employee engagement
💼 What you’ll do:
1️⃣ Recruitment, Hiring & Onboarding
- Draft and post job ads across multiple platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring teams
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience
- Track documentation and completion of onboarding tasks
2️⃣ Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns
- Help foster an inclusive, positive, engaging workplace culture
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations
- Develop engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback programs
3️⃣ HR Compliance & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Track attendance, leave, and performance documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
4️⃣ Benefits & Performance Management
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Coordinate with insurance and benefit providers
- Support performance review cycles and goal tracking
- Provide managers with tools for performance improvement
5️⃣ Training & Development
- Organize internal and external training programs
- Track participation and completion
- Help identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities
6️⃣ Administrative & Marketing Support
- Support employer branding initiatives, promotional items, and gifts
- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Ensure consistent and engaging brand representation
