This is you

  • Senior Project Manager with minimum of 10 years of professional experience managing complex initiatives.
  • Candidates must have large-scale project experience in successfully leading big-scale projects involving form 50 to 200 team members.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, with preferred experience in SAFe framework or similar scaled agile setups.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, foster alignment, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring scope, budget, and timeline compliance.
  • Skilled at interpreting technical details into clear, concise reports for higher delivery management.
  • Open-minded and collaborative, able to align with existing teams and ensure smooth delivery without disruptive change.
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Rally, MS Project).

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI-ACP.
