By converting complex energy data into clear, actionable insights, utilities can enhance efficiency, boost engagement, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Its platform supports energy-as-a-service models, enabling providers to launch new digital products swiftly and adapt to evolving consumer expectations. With a strong focus on user experience, the company helps utilities build trust by making sustainable energy choices simple, intuitive, and measurable.

As electrification, distributed generation, and connected home technologies reshape the energy landscape, the company acts as a strategic partner to forward-thinking utilities across Europe, combining extensive energy expertise with modern, scalable software to deliver measurable commercial and environmental benefits.

Role

The Director of Product position is a crucial hire to enhance execution and commercial impact. While the founders establish the product vision, the organisation now requires a practical product leader to translate strategy into consistent delivery. The product team has grown to 6 FTEs in 2025. Their product management capabilities have improved, responsibilities are clearer, and decision-making is more focused.

The priority is not ideation but structure. This leader will bring clarity to roadmaps, enhance planning discipline, and ensure product work is directly linked to customer outcomes and ARR growth. Key challenges include strengthening discovery practices, sharpening PM roles, and rebalancing ownership so product leads contribute rather than react to sales. The role involves turning strong intent into repeatable, product-led execution.

Requirements

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gothenburg; in-office 3 days/week
  • Enterprise B2B product experience, ideally scaling from ~€5M to €20M ARR
  • Managed a product team (~5 FTEs) and upskilled PMs in discovery
  • Strong track record of setting goals, measuring success, and delivering impact on ARR
  • Able to translate customer and consumer data into actionable value for utilities
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise stakeholders and B2B2C dynamics
  • Must confidently demonstrate data-backed impact on growth and ARR
