What You will Do (Responsibilities):

* Collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product owners, and backend developers to transform requirements and mockups into robust, fully functional mobile features.

* Contribute significantly to the design, development, and maintenance of key features within the mobile application using Flutter.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices.

* Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues, ensuring our applications are stable, responsive, and provide a delightful user experience.

* Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in the Flutter ecosystem and broader mobile development landscape, actively contributing to our culture of innovation.

* Contribute to technical discussions and learn about architectural decisions, bringing your analytical mindset to the forefront.

What We are Looking For:

We believe that while technical skills can be learned, a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach are vital. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, self-educate, and grow with us.

* A degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience.

* A portfolio of your mobile development work (e.g., personal projects) is welcome.

* A genuine passion for mobile technologies, crafting delightful user experiences, and solving complex problems.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative spirit, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.

Bonus Points:

* Familiarity with REST APIs

* Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

* Knowledge of various Firebase services, specifically FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Firestore, Crashlytics, Remote Config, A/B Testing, and GA4 events.

* A basic understanding of native Android and iOS platforms, including app deployment processes to respective app stores and necessary native configurations.

* Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines for mobile applications.

* Exposure to dependency injection containers, particularly GetIt.

* A keen interest in researching and proposing new mobile development trends and technologies.

* Basic familiarity with Figma to track and understand UI/UX designs.
