Bluesense Smart Beauty is a next-generation AI-powered smart skincare and skin-analysis technology developed within the Harvard Innovation Labs ecosystem.


We combine:


  • sensor-based hardware,

  • B2B analytics dashboards,
  • to help beauty clinics, medspas, dermatologists, and cosmetic brands make smarter, data-driven decisions about skin health.

We are now assembling a small, elite team of people who want to help shape the future of beauty-tech.


You will:


  • Work directly with the founder (Harvard Innovation Labs).
  • Take real ownership of early sales, strategy, and growth.
  • Influence product direction and go-to-market decisions.
  • Build something from zero to global not just “do tasks.”
  • Be part of an early team that may grow into full-time BD/Growth roles.


If you want hands-on experience at a fast-moving, high-ambition startup, this is the perfect place.


You will work across multiple strategic functions:


1. Customer Outreach & Sales

  • Build target lists of clinics, medspas, and cosmetic companies.
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email).
  • Set up discovery calls and demo meetings.
  • Join calls, take notes, shape proposals.


2. Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Create frameworks for B2B acquisition.
  • Study competitor pricing models.
  • Craft positioning and messaging.
  • Suggest pilot programs and partnership models.


3. Market Research & Business Insights

  • Analyze global beauty-tech and AI competitors.
  • Map industry trends (US, EU, Middle East).
  • Identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Build investor-facing insight reports.


4. Operations & CRM

  • Build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Improve messaging, scripts, and onboarding flow.


5. Product Feedback & Customer Insights

  • Collect insights from clinics and professionals.
  • Understand problem points and user needs.
  • Help shape product decisions with real data.
