Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing, internationally operating organization.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end design processes for e-commerce platforms, digital products, and mobile experiences within the cosmetics, FMCG, and retail domains, where user experience directly impacts business performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design
• Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, retail, fashion, or similar industries (in-house or agency background)
• Hands-on experience designing for large brands or high-traffic digital products
• (agency experience working with global or regional brands is a strong plus)
• Strong background in e-commerce UX, user journeys, campaign pages, and conversion-driven interfaces
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
• Solid understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate with global teams; working proficiency in English
