We are looking for a skilled "Cybersecurity Specialist" to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields,
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, IT auditing or IT risk management,
• Strong knowledge of computer, network, operating system and endpoint security,
• Familiarity with information security standards (ISO 27001 LA, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, etc.),
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network technologies and security architecture design,
• Experience in network security, vulnerability scanning and ability to propose secure architectural designs,
• Good command of English (written and spoken),
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management and communication skills,
• Already or able to be based in Antalya,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description

• Establish, revise, maintain and operate the company’s information security policies and procedures,
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on network, system and application levels; track and ensure closure of detected vulnerabilities,
• Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity standards and regulations (ISO 27001, SHGM SHT-Siber, etc.),
• Actively participate in the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes,
• Monitor and analyze security events via SIEM, interpret findings and implement corrective measures,
• Manage and maintain various security systems such as DLP, IPS, EDR, Firewall, WAF, MDM, PAM, and SOC,
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers for planning, control and auditing of outsourced information security services,
• Implement and report on security processes related to IT systems used in company operations,
• Identify and assess security risks and their potential impacts and take preventive actions to mitigate them.
