Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Tasks

  • Provide technical support for the Visual Fabriq platform, including issue triage, configuration support, and incident resolution.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using debugging techniques, system logs, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to investigate complex technical issues and escalations.
  • Support configuration-related requests and assist customers with correct platform usage.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using ticketing systems, in line with defined SLAs.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the support model, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Continuously build product and technical knowledge through onboarding and hands-on learning.


Requirements

  • Technical background (IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of support fundamentals: triage, configuration, and technical support workflows.
  • Experience with debugging and root-cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar).
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Programming / Scripting: Python, SQL, JavaScript (or similar scripting languages).
  • Debugging & Analysis: log analysis, error tracing, basic performance troubleshooting.
  • Data & APIs: REST APIs, JSON, basic data analysis.
  • Cloud & DevOps (basic exposure): Azure / AWS / GCP, monitoring tools.
  • Tools & Platforms: SaaS tools, CI/CD awareness, version control systems (Git).


Nice to have

  • Background or exposure to Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, data models).
  • Experience supporting data-driven or analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience contributing to or shaping a scalable support model or operating processes.
