The Office Support Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical needs. This role ensures a neat, organized, and well stocked working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients
- Assist during meetings by setting up rooms, refreshments, and materials
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document support
- Deliver and collect documents within departments when required
- Manage pantry supplies and inform admin when stocks need replenishment
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
- Assist with moving office items and setting up workstations when needed
- Support visitors and guide them to the correct departments
- Perform other general support duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of office hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Polite, well groomed, and professional appearance
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office support tasks
- Work in a professional and friendly office environment
