Role Summary

The AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) - GovTech & AI Platform, to be responsible for designing mission-critical, AI-powered digital experiences across national-scale platforms, including Digital Identity, Immigration & Borders, Customs, Law Enforcement, Risk Engines, and Super Apps.

This role bridges human-centred design, AI explain-ability, and secure government systems, ensuring complex technologies are transformed into clear, intuitive, and trusted user experiences for government entities, operators, and citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex AI, bio-metric, and data-driven system requirements into clear user journeys, wire frames, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design enterprise-grade interfaces for dashboards, command & control systems, risk engines, case management tools, and citizen-facing services
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems aligned with Dalil’s brand, ensuring consistency across multi-platform government solutions
• Apply human-centred and ethical AI design principles, including transparency, explain-ability, and user trust in AI-assisted decision-making
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation with government stakeholders, operators, and domain experts
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product owners, solution architects, and front-end developers to ensure accurate and secure implementation
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, multilingual UX (Arabic/English), and responsive design across all platforms
• Support presales and strategic initiatives by contributing to concept designs, prototypes, demos, and RFP visuals
• Continuously refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, operational insights, and evolving regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within AI, data-intensive, enterprise, or government systems
• Proven experience designing complex workflows such as dashboards, analytics platforms, or secure transactional systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), with experience in prototyping, component libraries, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, accessibility standards (WCAG), and enterprise usability best practices
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces, decision-support systems, or data visualisation is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front end implementation constraints
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
