What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deliver Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from conception to production; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and deploy to live environments
• Diagnose and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause investigations, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
• Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to enforce clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from entering the codebase

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
